NO PARKING ON EAGLE BEND ROAD
The City of Clinton Public Works Department and its paving contractor will be performing street maintenance on Eagle Bend Road beginning at 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday June 26, 2012. The work will begin by removing a layer of asphalt, followed by a resurfacing of the entire street, and then the application of pavement markings (painted lines). The work will begin at Market Street and continue to J.D. Yarnell Industrial Parkway.

Beginning Tuesday morning June 26th, there will be NO
ON-STREET PARKING ALLOWED on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., on any portion of Eagle Bend Road.

Asphalt removal work should be complete by late Tuesday, with resurfacing work scheduled to begin Wednesday at 5:00 a.m. Resurfacing should be complete by noon on Friday, with paint work scheduled for Friday afternoon.
Vehicles parked on Eagle Bend Road during the scheduled work hours will be towed away at the owner’s expense. Should your vehicle be towed, please contacted the Clinton Police Department at 865-457-3112 for towing company location and information.

Please do not leave vehicles parked on the sidewalk or in your front yard that are within six (6) feet of the curb, as paving machinery must extend over the curb to remove and apply asphalt.

Feel free to call Public Works with any questions at 865-457-6495, and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
