Clinton Police Department Records Division maintains arrest records, traffic accident reports and crime incident reports. Copies of public reports are available, Monday through Friday 6:30am - 5:00pm. A copy of your personal arrest record, with the Clinton Police Department, may also be obtained. Your arrest records check is available when a photo I.D. is presented.
In order to receive your report in a more timely manner please provide:
The date and type of incident.
Location of incident.
Name and address of the complainant and/or victims involved.
Vehicles involved (for accident reports).
Bringing this information, or anything else that may be helpful for finding a report, will provide a more accurate and time efficient response.

Note: If you were involved in an vehicle accident and report it, regardless of who was at fault, or the outcome of any traffic accident investigation, you must submit a Tennessee Department of Safety Financial Responsibility Report within (20) days.
