The City of Clinton is accepting proposals for the mowing of Parks & Recreation properties for the years 2026 through 2029. Site inspections of all properties are required to submit a proposal. To arrange a site inspection or if you have any questions, contact Jason Brown at 865-259-1163. The closing date to submit a proposal is Monday, March 16, 2026 at 2pm.
