Notice is hereby given that Clinton City Council, Clinton TN, will meet, until further notice, in regular public session at 5:30pm local time, on the fourth Monday of each month, at Clinton City Hall located at 100 N. Bowling Street, for the purpose of conducting all business and transactions which may properly come before City Council. Any meeting changes or meetings that fall on a Holiday, a Public Notice will be given. Citizens can visit our website for meeting agenda, minutes, ordinances and resolutions at clintontn.net.

Remember: The Clinton Community Center Bowling Lanes are open! Join us on Wednesdays from 5:00pm- 8:30pm, Fridays 3:00pm- 8:30pm, Saturday 12:30pm- 8:30pm and Sunday 2:00pm- 5:00pm. $3.00 per game and $2.00 for shoes. See you there!!
The Clinton Sharks Swim Team is now accepting new and returning swimmers to join the Spring Session. The Spring Session begins January 5 and runs through May 28. Membership is open for children ages 5 to 18 who can swim a minimum of 25 yards. Practices are Monday and Thursday from 4 pm to 5 pm. In order to accommodate the interest of the community, The Clinton Community Center has decided to extend pickleball hours. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday's hours will be 9:30am through 2:30pm. These hours may need to be adjusted for the Boys & Girls Club during camp hours and are subject to change.
The indoor pool will be closed for all evening activities today for a swim meet.
The Clinton Community Center will be closed today, January 1, 2026 in observance of New Year's Day. We will resume normal hours tomorrow.

There's still time to get your Christmas wishes to Santa Claus! There is a magical mailbox outside the handicapped entrance at The Clinton Community Center. It is located next to the antique firetruck and goes straight to Santa at the The North Pole! The mailbox will be available through the holidays.

This Friday December 5th is the city's Tree Lighting, and silent auction with Quilts of Valor. Pictures with Santa will also be available between 5 pm and 6:45 pm. Benefits will go to Quilts of Valor and the City of Clinton's Empty Stocking Fund.
The Clinton Community Center welcomes back the East Tennessee Whitewater Club for roll practice. To accommodate the group, evening lap swim and evening family swim will be closed on WEDNESDAYS from December 3, 2025 through May 20, 2026.

Mark your calendars to come see the City of Clinton's Annual Tree Lighting and stick around to support a great cause. We will be partnering with Quilts of Valor who is hosting a silent auction to provide quilts for our local veterans, as well as a chili cook off, bake off, free cookies and cocoa from Timely Topics, and pictures with Santa! The event will be 5-8pm at the Clinton Community Center on December 5th with the tree lighting at 6 pm.
