The Clinton Regional Planning Commission will meet on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall for the purpose of hearing the following request:
Amendment Proposal to modify Subdivision Regulations Article III Section A.16.c to delete in its entirety and insert “Lots shall adhere to the minimum lot size as specified in the designated zoning classification. Lots where sewer is not available shall be required to meet a minimum of one half (1/2ac) acre.”
