Discussion regarding private street regulations in the Subdivision Regulations.

Public Hearing for comment on Proposed Amendment of Subdivision Regulations Article III Section A.9 (Private Streets and Reserve Strips) to delete in its entirely and insert a new Section A.9 (Private Streets, Private Access Easements, Joint Permanent Easements (JPE), and Reserve Strips) as follows: “No lots shall be served exclusively by Private Street, Private Access Easement, or Joint Permanent Easement (JPE). There shall be no reserve strips controlling access to streets, except where the control of such strips is placed with the city under conditions approved by the municipal planning commission. (Res. 01-18).”

We were honored to celebrate the official ribbon cutting at the newly renovated Clinton Pool at Jaycee Park!
In attendance were members of the Clinton City Council, Anderson County Mayor Terry Frank, City Manager Roger Houck, Clinton Mayor Scott Burton, and representatives from the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce, including Rick Meredith, Jackie Patton, and Marsha Stapleton.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special moment in our community. The revitalized pool and splash pad are already making waves in Clinton!
