Join other animal lovers to enjoy local vendors, music, food trucks, pet costume contest, adoptions on site through East Tennessee shelters & rescues. AC ARF and the City of Clinton have joined to provide a day packed full of fun for the entire family, including some education about pet welfare along the way. All funds raised will go toward vet care, pet food and pet help for animals in our community.

Public Hearing for Comment on Proposed Amendment to Subdivision Regulations, Article III, Section A.16 (Private Streets and Reserve Strips), to Delete the Section in Its Entirety and Insert a New Section A.16 (Private Streets and Reserve Strips — Joint Permanent Easements (JPE).
The proposed amendments establish clear standards governing the limited use of Private Streets and Joint Permanent Easements, including applicability, design and construction requirements, maintenance responsibilities, utility access, emergency access, and lot size compliance, to ensure orderly development while preventing circumvention of subdivision regulations.
Meeting Date/Time : March 9, 2026 at 5:30 PM (During Planning Commission meeting).

Waste Connections will not run tomorrow (Monday, 1/26). They will resume the normal schedule Tuesday. They will pick up extra bagged trash on the Monday route next week.
